Terms & Conditions of Sale

These terms apply to every order placed with K's Plumbing Store ("we", "us") through this website, our WhatsApp order line, or any other channel. We are based at 285-291 Wanstead Park Road, Ilford, IG1 3TR. By opening an account or placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Trade and rep accounts only

We sell to businesses: tradespeople, trade companies and approved sales representatives ("reps"). We do not currently sell to consumers. You must hold an approved account to see prices or order. We may ask for proof that you trade, and we may approve, refuse, suspend or close any account at our discretion.

Each approved account receives a unique trade account number. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all orders placed using your account.

2. Prices

Prices are in pounds sterling. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. Prices shown to you are the prices for your account type and can change at any time. The price that applies is the one shown when your order is accepted. If a price is shown in error, we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel it.

3. Rep accounts

Reps buy at trade price and may resell to their own customers at any price up to the maximum resale price shown for each product. Reps sell in their own name and are responsible for their own customers, invoices and tax. Reps must not describe themselves as our employees or agents, or make promises about our products beyond the manufacturer's information.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it by email or WhatsApp. Payment is due in full when you place the order; we do not offer credit terms. We dispatch once payment has cleared. Please use your order reference as the payment reference. Unpaid orders may be cancelled after 7 days.

5. Delivery and collection

Delivery times we give are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection. Please check goods when they arrive and report any damage, shortage or wrong item within 48 hours, with photos where possible. Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received payment in full.

6. Returns

Unwanted items in new, unused and resaleable condition, in their original packaging, may be returned within 30 days by agreement, and a restocking charge may apply. Items made or ordered specially for you, and items that have been installed or used, cannot be returned unless faulty.

7. Faulty goods and warranties

If an item is faulty, tell us promptly. We will repair, replace or refund it, or pass your claim to the manufacturer under their warranty, as appropriate. Products must be installed by a suitably qualified and, where required, registered person, following the manufacturer's instructions and current regulations. Warranties may not apply to goods that were not installed or used correctly.

8. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, labour costs or other indirect or consequential losses.

9. Offers and promotions

Offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Promotional prices apply only for the period stated.

10. General

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page when you order applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
