This website, ksplumbingstore.co.uk (the "Site"), is operated by K's Plumbing Store Ltd ("we", "us").

2. Accepting these conditions

By using the Site you agree to these conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these conditions by changing this page; the version in force when you use the Site applies.

3. Trade and representative access

The Site is for trade businesses and approved representatives, not private consumers. Prices, ordering and account features are only available to applicants we have verified and approved. We may refuse, suspend or close an account at our discretion, including where information given to us is false or incomplete. Each approved account has a trade account number, which should be quoted on orders and correspondence.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details and verification codes confidential and for all activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. The details you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.

5. Products, prices and availability

We try to make sure product descriptions, images and prices are accurate, but mistakes can happen. Images are for illustration only. Prices and availability may change without notice, and some products, such as boilers, may be priced on request or shown only during promotions. If a price is clearly wrong, we do not have to supply at that price and will contact you before going ahead. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged by us.

6. Orders and payment

Orders can be placed on the Site or through our WhatsApp order line. An order is accepted only when we confirm it. Payment is due in full when you order; we do not offer credit accounts. Card payments are handled by our payment provider and we do not store your full card details. Our Terms & Conditions of Sale apply to every order.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the Site for anything unlawful or fraudulent;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or anyone else's account;
  • introduce viruses or other harmful code;
  • scrape, copy or collect prices or product data by automated means;
  • share trade prices with the public or use them to misrepresent our prices.

8. Intellectual property

The K's Plumbing Store name, logo, Site design and content belong to us or are used under licence. You may view and print pages for your own business use, but you may not copy, republish or distribute them without our written permission. Manufacturer brand names and trade marks belong to their owners.

9. Links to other websites

Links to other websites are provided for convenience only. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

10. Availability of the Site

We do not guarantee that the Site or the WhatsApp order line will always be available or free from errors, and we may suspend, withdraw or change any part of them without notice.

11. Our liability

Nothing in these conditions limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, because the Site is for business use, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site. Technical information on the Site is general guidance only; products must be installed by suitably qualified people following manufacturer instructions and current regulations.

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy and in line with UK data protection law.

13. Governing law

These conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
